Lose the Office Chair




Posture is a chronic problem for most of us. Yes, some of you just use a massage therapist as an excuse to go out and get a massage. After all a massage helps assist in the correction of those problems that we create in our bodies.
Here is a quick and easy tip, lose that office chair for something cheaper and much more effective at correcting posture.

When would “now” be a better time?
Most of our minor aches and pains are things we can live with and work though. The problem is that you may alter the way you doing things while in pain, thus creating another problem. I tend to see some of you 2-3 weeks after something happens. This is just enough time for you to change the function of the body and start creating another pain.
