Stress Buster:
Pain in the Butt
I like to write about the most common problem I am dealing with from week to week. Each week it seems you and many other share similar problems. This last week it is that mysterious pain in the butt.
Most often this problem is being caused by your Sciatic Nerve. The solution is to Massage the Piriformis muscle which can add increased tension on the nerve creating pain. There is also a sciatic nerve stretch that can help alleviate the pain.
