Sports Massage
is used to help you remove lactic acid, loosen and lengthen the muscle tissue before during and after competition.
Question: do you feel tight after running walking or lifting, playing golf or tennis?
possible issues: Dehydration..did you think I was going to say something about massage? Not today.
Solution??? Drink plenty of water while you are out doing whatever it is you are doing. Keep in mind the sodium and electrolyte intake you must have in order to replenish and retain your fluid. Some like to low fat Chocolate milk, Gatorade, or something.
The most important remember that water used in your coffee and tea does not count as a glass of water…
