I have noticed a recent curve in a lot of people. Mostly in the form of rounded shoulders. I couldn’t figure it out until I looked into the mirror. I love my IPhone but the process of sitting with my hands in my lap, playing a game for a short period of time, over and over again has caused a more pronounced slouching posture.
Why is this important?? The more rounded your shoulders become the more stress you place on your spine and more importantly your neck. If that crick in your neck feels worse lately, think about the amount of time you spend on your IPhone, if you have one that is. This may also be from a Blackberry.
