Walking in front of your feet…

Have you noticed that people have a slight lean to them as they walk by you. This can be for a number of reasons. Why do I feel like it is important for you to know about this? It important mainly because it means your gait of walking style is off a bit. If you have a forward lean that mean your weight is shifted to the balls of the feet, which will cause you lower back to be the point of counter balance. This means you may suffer from mild to severe lower back pain. Try shifting you body weight into you heals as you walk to correct. Just remember to fall back into you walk.

We had such a great turn out for the class. Thank you all so much for being the first. I hope you all enjoyed it. Feeling the way i do today from teaching the class, i hope you don't curse me for the pain that i'm sure you're going through. I hope the see you all again next saturday.
