Pain of the Week

Hadl98@yahoo.com
Upper shoulders.
This is a very common problem. Whether its brought on by sitting too much at the computer, increased amount of caffeine, or a mechanical problem with the function of the shoulder. Be aware this problem will cause your neck to feel tight or even make it feel as though you have a crick in your neck. You may also feel periodic headaches.

The course of action to correct this is to start with corrective exercise for the rotator cuff, mid back and postural alignment. Soft tissue manipulation will also help in regards to keeping the area loose and functional. The treatment includes Myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage and neuromuscular massage.

Are you in great Shape?
