Professional Athletes and YOU!!

Professional athletes have everything at their disposal. Athletic Trainers, personal trainers, physical therapist, massage therapists, ect… The one thing they have more than you, is time. Time to focus on keeping their body in tip top shape.

The last time I checked with most of you, you don’t have that time. When playing sports for most of us, the most important part is being cut out. Maintenance and Recovery. As the body ages and you continue to neglect these areas, injury becomes more likely. Taking an extra 5 minutes to warm up properly, Stretching, training, massage, ice, rest and diet are all factors that will help you maintain the best shape you can for the sports you play. The question you should ask is how important is it to you?
For most of us the passion will always be there, make sure you keep the body in the best shape you can, by doing all you can.
