Wii Fitness

OK i broke down. I bought one. As you may already know, i have some what of an addiction when it comes to working out. I have backed off in last year or so but it is still i huge part of my life. This is partly the reason i bought it. Test it out and see if its really a benefit.

I did the wii sports for maybe two hours. Tennis, golf, boxing, baseball, and bowling. My perception is that with the wii boxing you will burn the most calories. I broke a sweat playing it and the next day from the waist up, to my surprise, i could barely move. I also did some of the wii fitness stuff. i found it not as intense but im sure there are varying levels.

My determination is that you still need a more intense cardiovascular program to maintain your heart rate. The wii is a good add on to any workout but do not make it your only work out.
